Speaker’s Profile:
Mr Aidan Graham gained his FRCS and CCT in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2018 following higher surgical training in Yorkshire and Humber. His interest in TMJ surgery began when he was SHO to Bernie Speculand in the old Queen Elizabeth hospital Birmingham. He was trained in TMJ replacement surgery by Stephen Worroll in Bradford and had several other mentors with an interest in TMJ procedures during his years as a registrar. Mr Graham would like to see medical and dental students taught better about TMJ disease and stop using the term TMD.
